In this post there is not much to talk about, I just want to share some memories…
So I arrived in San Jose at around 1 pm after a five-hour bus/ferry ride from Montezuma. I was lucky that Paulo was so nice and picked me up at the bus station because I would not have known how to get anywhere from there.
We directly went to Barrio Escalante, one of the nicest and coolest parts of San Jose with amazing restaurants, Cafes and a relatively safe neighbourhood. There we had a typical Costa Rican Lunch which consists of rice, beans, plantain and vegetables (and of course meat or fish if you want).
Afterwards, we went to Paulos Cafe and walked around the neighbourhood which was super cute.
Later on, we quickly headed back to Paulos car to catch the sunset from a mountain in Heredia that is located around San Jose. He brought coffee and cookies so my mood was instantly good even though it was freezing and I only had shorts on. We watched the sunset, greeted the cows in the fields and just had a good time…
Evolution of a sunset
Thank you for these unforgettable 5 hours @Paulo!
